The gentle pressing of our Barbera grapes produces a rich and moist marc which lends itself especially well to making Grappa.
Here we are delighted to be working with the renowned "Distilleria Rovero" who use the traditional Piedmontese method of distilling to produce a top class Grappa. For the perfect finishing touch it is aged in French barrique for 12 months and matured for an additional year in bottle before it is released for sale.
