The Merlot grapes for this Rosé are harvested as early as August and vinified like a white wine, with short maceration and cold fermentation in stainless steel.
The result is a vibrant and fruity dry wine for summer, making an ideal apéritif as well as an excellent accompaniment for any meal. The delicate, enticing aromas of wild berries on the nose are indeed confirmed on the palate, balanced by the characteristic and lively acidity.
